.Net Development Team Lead Windsor, £48k-£53k+bens

My client a leading insurance company based in Windsor are looking for a Development Team Lead to look after a small team of very skilled technical Developers. You should have 4-7yrs experience in a business focused development environment working on web based applications using C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server. Ideally you will have experience in a senior or a team lead position in your most recent role.

Responsibilities:

-To lead the .net development team, defining the technologies, methodologies and standards in line with corporate guidelines.
-To manage and co-ordinate the allocation and prioritisation of jobs, ensuring progression from request through to production within business timelines.
-To manage the team members, assessing abilities against skills required and managing the ongoing personal development of the team. -To design system changes based on the analysis of business requirements, program changes to existing and new systems, complete unit testing and system testing of software developed in house.

Skills required:

-.Net framework / C#.net / ASP.net / MVC / Entity Framework
-Web-services (based on WCF)
-SQL Server 2005 and all subsequent releases
-Microsoft Visual Studio / Team Foundation Server
-Ability to assess competing priorities and organise personal workload appropriately
-Ability to conduct training and communicate ideas appropriately to the audience
-Ability to meet tight deadlines
-Ability to work independently or with others as part of a team
-Good interpersonal skills
-Responsive to change
