Drilling Engineer/Senior Drilling Engineer Roles - Operator

Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing Drilling Engineers and Senior Drilling Engineers for a small Operator client in Aberdeen. These are both staff roles.

The positions will be involved in the Drilling Engineering and operations for operation and non-operated drilling and completions activity. Specifically in the North Sea, the candidates will work on 3 Development projects which will see up to 50 wells being drilled.

Required:

- 4 years+ Drilling Engineering experience
- Experience working with an Operator
- Ability to manage both technical responsibilities with commercial tasks
- Jack ups and Semi-sub experience

The salary and package for each role is dependent on the individual candidate. However an annual bonus scheme and long term incentive plan with shares can be confirmed as part of this.
