Software Development Manager/Senior Developer Windsor £40-£60k

My client based in Windsor are looking to recruit a Software Development Manager/Senior Developer to to provide all aspects of product development. This includes design concepts, analysis, creation of functional specification and project planning, establishing development methods, unit test policy’s and QA/test plans.

Responsibilities:

- Hands on software development using Microsoft products including C, C#, VB, ASP.Net and C++.
- Customer interaction including sales support, customer meetings and integration proposals.
- Provision of 3rd line support to our customer support team for resolution of software related support issues.
-Manage and continue to grow development team.
Candidate attributes:

-Candidates will have:
-Excellent hands on development skills and experience of management/team leadership.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to design and manage all aspects of the development cycle.
-Excellent verbal and written (English) communication
-Experience in Telecoms industry would be an advantage.
